40 Day Transformation Workshop
Try a 40-day sadhana for transformation. A yogic sadhana is a daily practice to achieve a desired goal or attain knowledge. According to yogic philosophy, 40 days is the amount of time it takes to develop a new habit and really internalize the effects of the practice. I have had great results from my past sadhanas. It takes only minutes a day for 40 days to achieve results.
I have created a class for you to achieve your goals. If you are ready to transform, join me now. I have three different mantras with videos for you to do for 1-33 minutes a day for 40 days. You will receive three videos for you to follow so you can start your sadhana at any time. Pick one of the three mantras or do all three. Embodiment is the practice of being fully present in your body, cultivating awareness of physical sensations, emotions, and inner experiences. Through a combination of Kundalini yoga, polyvagal theory yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, and chanting I guide us through transformative and empowering movemnts.
Our emotions are meant to be felt—not suppressed. What we resist, persists. By engaging in intentional movement and breathwork, we transform ourselves on a cellular level, allowing for greater emotional balance, nervous system repair, and self-awareness.
Through ancient embodiment practices, we cultivate the ability to stay present, recognize our emotions, and better understand our needs. As we shift our inner world, we reset limiting beliefs and step into our most authentic and empowered selves.

Reiki has been scientifically proven to help with varying health issues. According to results from a 2011 study, people who had reiki felt greater mood benefits compared to people who didn’t have reiki. A 2015 study found that people being treated for cancer who received distant reiki, in addition to regular medical care, had lower levels of pain, anxiety, and fatigue. A 2018 study compared the use of reiki to physiotherapy for relieving lower back pain in people with herniated disks. In a small 2010 study, researchers looked at the effects of reiki on older adults experiencing pain, depression, or anxiety. The participants reported an improvement in their physical symptoms, mood, and well-being. They also reported more feelings of relaxation, increased curiosity, and enhanced levels of self-care.
I became a certified Reiki master in 2020. I can do reiki in home or remotely. Remote Reiki is done via Zoom or alone but in a resting position at a specific time chosen.
