EFT & Embodiment Video Workshop: Tools for Calming the Nervous System
This 60-minute video workshop, created by trauma-sensitive embodiment instructor Lorah Gerald and emotional healing coach Danielle Gaudette, is designed to help you regulate your nervous system, release emotional tension, and reconnect with your inner calm.
Whether you're experiencing stress, grief, anxiety, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the state of the world, this workshop offers a supportive space for healing. Through a blend of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), trauma-sensitive embodiment practices, and a soothing guided meditation, you'll be guided gently back to yourself.

40 Day Transformation Workshop
Try a 40-day sadhana for transformation. A yogic sadhana is a daily practice to achieve a desired goal or attain knowledge. According to yogic philosophy, 40 days is the amount of time it takes to develop a new habit and really internalize the effects of the practice. I have had great results from my past sadhanas. It takes only minutes a day for 40 days to achieve results.
I have created a class for you to achieve your goals. If you are ready to transform, join me now. I have three different mantras with videos for you to do for 1-33 minutes a day for 40 days.
